1. Purpose

These terms govern the contracting and use of the services offered by FlatCheck Granada (hereinafter, "the provider") through this website and its contact channels. By requesting a service, the user declares that they have read and accepted these terms.

2. Service description

FlatCheck Granada offers support services for students, including:

FlatCheck Granada is not an estate agency and does not act as an intermediary or a party in rental contracts. Its role is to inform, verify and support independently; the decision to rent and the signing of the contract always rest with the user.

3. Prices and payment

The prices of the packs and services are those shown on the website (or in the quote provided) and include applicable taxes where so indicated. Prices are indicative and may vary depending on the additional services requested. The payment method will be agreed with the user before the service is provided.

4. User obligations

The user agrees to provide truthful information and to use the service in accordance with the law and these terms. FlatCheck Granada will never ask you to send money to third parties (landlords or supposed agencies) without having first verified the property.

5. Liability

The provider carries out its work with the utmost diligence and offers honest, independent assessments, but these are indicative in nature and do not constitute a guarantee regarding decisions by third parties (landlords, authorities, etc.). The provider is not responsible for damages arising from improper use of the service or from the decisions the user makes based on the information provided.

6. Withdrawal and cancellations

Where the user is a consumer, they will have the withdrawal rights provided for in consumer regulations, except in the case of services already performed or started with their express consent. For any cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.

7. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of disputes, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Granada, unless consumer regulations determine another jurisdiction.
